Invertebrata Records uses the information provided to us only for the fulfillment of orders and, in the case of our mailing list, to occasionally notify customers of releases, specials and events. We consider any information given to us as strictly private and will not share it with anyone. If you have any further questions concerning our privacy policy and practices, please contact us and we’ll do our best to answer them.
Returns Policy
Invertebrata Records will accept returns of physical merchandise for a full refund without any questions asked as long as it is un-opened/un-used. In order to return merchandise, please contact us to receive an RMA# and return address. The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the return and return shipping must be paid by the customer. Refunds will be made, via PayPal, upon receipt of merchandise, so please include your PayPal account info.
Non-US Sales
Currently we only sell within the United States. If you are outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please email us via our Contact page and we will attempt to accommodate you. You may also place orders from outside the U.S. via Bandcamp. We will be expanding our sales into new areas in the future.
Shipping
We ship all purchase via the USPS using the Media Mail rate. This is the cheapest and easiest way. At this time we do not offer alternative shipping methods but may investigate other options down the road. Please allow 2-4 days for us to package your order and get it into the mail. We’re a small operation, with day jobs so we can’t always get things out the door immediately.
